Please note that Combined Honours degrees at Liverpool Hope University are split 50/50. This means both subjects will be studied equally. Geography Geography is about exploring, encountering and engaging with the world around us. It is a dynamic and exciting subject to study. It looks at how the physical world works; how people interact both with each other and with the physical world; how landscapes (both physical and human) evolve; and the ways in which the environment needs to be conserved and managed. Geography covers many different perspectives and brings them together to create a distinctive way of understanding the world. Studying Geography means you will look at a wide range of different topics and learn a broad range of skills. Information Technology Our Information Technology degree prepares you to meet the needs of a wide range of organisations, emphasising the development of a variety of technologies, especially web and mobile technologies that are increasingly becoming a part of our everyday lives. During your studies, you will have opportunities to develop computational thinking and a systems approach to formulating, analysing and solving complex problems.
