Public health, exercise and nutrition practitioners designed this course in collaboration with NTU. This makes the course ideal if you are interested in the factors that influence health. You will concentrate on the roles of physical activity, exercise and nutrition in the prevention and management of disease. This course aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills to allow you to improve the health of individuals, groups, communities and population through exercise, physical activity, nutrition and healthy eating. You will apply this knowledge to a UK public health setting and look at strategies to promote health using exercise, physical activity and nutrition and monitoring and evaluation. • • Why study Exercise, Nutrition and Health at Nottingham Trent University? • • • We’re one of the top universities for offering placements.
