Construction project managers play a vital role, making sure that a project is procured effectively and efficiently, designed and contracted through a proper tendering process, and delivered safely, on time and within budget. This construction project management course is designed to help fulfil demand for qualified managers. It combines the technical skills and commercial knowledge that employers value, and focuses on practical training. The course is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). The foundation year course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to continue onto your honours degree. You will study a range of subjects that will underpin your future study and also gain valuable experience of university life, with full access to campus facilities. Successful completion of the year allows you to progress straight onto Level 4 of this course.
