BA (Hons) Dance (Contemporary) is specifically designed to equip you with the technical skills, knowledge, and creativity to enter the contemporary dance world. Taught at The MGA Academy of Performing Arts, BA Hons Dance (Contemporary) provides an elite training environment. It offers intensive, rigorous conservatoire training in Contemporary Dance for those aiming for professional dance careers. The degree was developed by professionals for professionals. Delivered by highly skilled, internationally experienced professional contemporary dancers and choreographers, the course will develop your core dance techniques, explore choreographic practice, and help you develop as an individual creative dance practitioner. The programme is highly physical and intensively taught. Alongside contemporary techniques, you'll work with practitioners and choreographers from the commercial dance world – crossing genres, creating fusions, and exploring performance possibilities.
