Think of your foundation year as a springboard – developing your base mathematical, engineering and science skills before leaping into BSc (Hons) Mathematics with Statistics, ready to face the challenge. We focus on the practical application of mathematics and you’ll learn by taking part in a lots of projects both individually and in a group. This develops your problem-solving and creative thinking skills and helps to build other transferable skills such as team-working.
