Our human resource management degree is designed to teach you how to develop people and their skills – key to the success of any business. BA Hons Human Resource Management will teach you about people management, employee relations, reward and motivation, cross-cultural and diversity management, and employment law. You will also explore teamwork and leadership and take pioneering courses in HR metrics and analytics. You'll be able to apply to join the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as a student member, which will give you access to online resources.
