Our course provides you with a critical understanding of the legal, political, economic and professional contexts of journalistic practice. You'll find yourself covering news from all walks of life – on live TV, radio or online news days. Our emphasis on employability means that you'll be taught by professional journalists about everyday life in the industry. And we'll introduce you to ways of gaining first-hand experiences in journalism –including work placements through our partnership with STV or other news organisations as well as a freelancer. We're committed to producing highly capable graduates with the strongest possible skillset.
