Course summary
The Criminal Justice course will provide a clear progression route for learners who have studied Criminology or related fields. The course is designed to widen access to this field by delivering a broad skills base, including the development of work based skills, where learners will complete a work placement within a related field e.g. Probation Services, Youth Offending and Drug and Alcohol Abuse teams. This is an ideal programme for learners who have a real passion and interest in Criminal Justice, or for someone who is currently working in this field and looking at achieving a further or higher qualification in this field. Ideal if you wish to study in a small, supported environment with skilled and experienced team of staff. Assessment is by assignment, presentations, case studies, examinations and research in a work based setting. The course includes placement modules.
