Course summary

The BA (Hons) Human Resource Management is also available as a four year course including an integrated Foundation Year, and is designed for students who do not currently meet admissions criteria for direct entry onto the degree. You will start by completing a foundation year, which provides well structured support, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge before continuing onto the three year degree programme. People are an organisation’s most important asset. Organisations will only succeed if their people are well managed, motivated, committed and engaged. Your BA (Hons) Human Resource Management degree will give you an all-round understanding of business and specialist knowledge of HRM. This means you will understand how HRM fits into the bigger picture and be a more employable graduate.
