A specialist Space Mission Analysis and Design module will cover the design, cost, logistical and operational implications of space missions. – Facilities include a Learjet, a 747’s cockpit, a flight simulator, a satellite ground station, a rocket lab, and open-and-closed channel wind tunnels. About this course Aerospace engineering at Kingston has an innovative curriculum, excellent links with industry and cutting-edge facilities. It’s the perfect place to study aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, dynamics, and materials and enhance your learning through project- based activities. You’ll put theory straight into practice, applying what you learn to the problems of aerospace design and taking part in a group design project. We offer both BEng and MEng degrees. The MEng has an extra year of study and can provide a faster route to chartered engineer (CEng) status. Both degrees have the option of industrial placement.

Qualification requirements

T Levels T Levels are an alternative to A levels, apprenticeships and other further education courses. T Level focuses on vocational skills and can help students into skilled employment, higher education and/or apprenticeships. Students who study T Level spend 80% of the course in the classroom, learning the skills that employers need. The other 20% is a meaningful industry placement, where they put these skills into action. T Levels are the equivalent to three A levels and we recognise the UCAS tariff points they attract in line with other qualifications that aid progression to higher education.
