Course details
  • First and second years: You’ll gain the skills that will lay the foundation for the rest of your studies – subjects include programming, engineering design and electronics.
  • Third year: You’ll be able to choose from a range of modules, so you can focus on your interests. You will then go onto complete a final-year project in your specialist area.
  • Fourth year: Your final year brings your engineering skills up to an advanced level. You’ll have gained a broad knowledge of business perspectives and extra opportunities for group project work.
  • Year in Industry: This will take place between your second and third year. Students have previously worked in leading companies such as BAE, Pfizer and Airbus.
