BSc(Hons) Real Estate (with Foundation Year) is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), the European Council of Real Estate Professions (CEPI) and the European group of Valuers (TEGOVA). Learn about buying and selling, valuations, resolving landlord and tenant disputes, negotiating compensation and day-to-day management. Examine legal and economic forces and their impact on planning practice. Value property for different purposes and learn about property law.
