Course summary
This integrated qualification gives you the opportunity to explore mechanical engineering to masters level. Our accredited course develops your technical understanding, management and leadership skills to enable you to become a skilled professional. You’ll learn with a team who have an international reputation for research and take part in projects arising from and contributing to this research. Areas of research expertise include advanced fluids modelling, computer-aided engineering, thermal efficiency of propulsion systems, and microgravity research with the European Space Agency. Working with other engineering specialists on challenging and rewarding projects, gives you an experience that mirrors industry. Placements and guest lectures from industry experts provide valuable professional insight and networking opportunities. This course is accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
