Course summary
Paramedics play a vital role in delivering healthcare, primarily in emergencies, but increasingly within primary and secondary care. As a paramedic, you will be expected to use a variety of clinical and non-clinical skills to create solutions to problems faced by those who need your assistance. It can be both a demanding and rewarding profession where you will need to draw on your knowledge to deliver high quality care. Our three year, full time, undergraduate programme will provide you with the opportunity to develop the skills and attributes that you need to become a professional paramedic and deliver the right care to those in need. The programme has been designed to equip you with the right knowledge and skills for the profession as it develops into non-traditional areas as well as for working in the ambulance setting. Our highly qualified staff, newly developed facilities, and state of the art equipment is tailored to ensure that you get the best possible experience and high quality education to prepare you for registration on graduation. We would welcome applications from those who are up to the challenge of becoming a paramedic and working with us to ensure the future of the profession is in safe hands.
