Want to take your place in the ever-evolving landscape of digital market and/or social media? Our BA (Hons) Digital Marketing & Social Media degree course at UCA Epsom will give you the skills to get you there. On this course you’ll discover the fundamentals of the industry, from media planning and buying, brand identity, marketing and communications, and the impact of social media on society, politics, and the economy – and how to think of social media as a prolific business tool, and not just entertainment. You’ll also have the chance to push your skills into a specific area of interest within the creative industries – cosmetics and beauty, fashion, games, lifestyle, and music. And in your second year, you’ll be able to pick from range of exciting elective units to broaden your knowledge. By the end of your degree, you’ll become an expert marketeer and a highly effective social media manager, able to know how to use paid, owned and earned media to meet business goals, to understand the role of the influencer and how to target your core audiences. You’ll be adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to recognise the role digital marketing and social media plays in differing global markets. Related courses
